Where a credit report or credit score will be obtained, it will occur only with any authorization required by applicable law. Using MortgageFast, exploring scenarios, or completing pre-qualification does not automatically result in a credit inquiry.

MortgageFast is intended to focus on mortgage exploration and pre-qualification before the formal application process begins. For mortgage application or other legally required purposes, Associated Mortgage Bankers, Inc. may collect additional information including:

- Social Security number
- Government-issued identification
- Citizenship or residency information
- Employment history
- Mortgage application and credit information
- Other information necessary to process or underwrite a mortgage request
This information is collected only where necessary for the service requested — not every MortgageFast user is required to provide a Social Security number.

On rare occasions, you may voluntarily provide information that may be considered sensitive, such as information regarding disability income, medical debt, or other circumstances relevant to your financial profile. Where such information is provided, it is handled in accordance with applicable law and our information-security practices.

When you submit information through MortgageFast for pre-qualification review or request to speak with a mortgage professional, the information you provide may be reviewed by Associated Mortgage Bankers, Inc. and an appropriately licensed mortgage loan originator.

A formal mortgage application may require additional information, documentation, disclosures, authorizations, and verification.

Mortgage decisions are subject to applicable underwriting requirements and review by authorized mortgage professionals.

Questions submitted to Flash may be processed by technology providers used to deliver the service. Users should not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, or other information that is not necessary to answer a general mortgage question.
AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided for educational and informational purposes.
